Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate at our Waxahachie, TX store. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure their home improvement needs are met with friendly, professional service.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with locating merchandise, processing orders and deliveries, stocking shelves, and cross-training in other departments to deliver outstanding service. We value reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use a computer and input, access, modify information.
• Familiarity with common retail technology (phones, tablets).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform job duties.
• Able to lift minimally 25 lbs unassisted or more with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock and replenish shelf inventory as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint tint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
