Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with customers
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Ring purchases and returns accurately following procedures
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare items for sale floor
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness
• Uphold labor laws and store policies
• Assist in shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
