Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient checkout service; handles cash transactions and returns.
• Recommends items for sale and potential add-ons; processes purchases, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• Maintains clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; assists with pricing and stock rotation (FIFO).
• Operates store systems and equipment and supports photo area services and web pickup duties.
• Maintains store appearance and supports asset protection and compliance with policies.
• Attends training and completes PPLs as requested by management.
