Job summary

Walgreens Grants Pass, OR is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers and handle checkout with courtesy and speed.

You will keep shelves merchandised, assist with product recommendations, support in store operations, and help with photo services and online order pickups. Fluent English is required, and evenings/weekends may be needed; prior retail experience and Walgreens exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers with greeting and assistance, resolving questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Operates cash register, processes transactions, returns and exchanges, and maintains accurate records.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; checks-in and prices merchandise.
• Provides customer service in-store areas, including photo services and online order pickups.
• Supports with store operations and asset protection procedures, following company policies.
