Job summary

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommends items for sale and trade-up or companion items; processes returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; takes inventory and maintains records; prices merchandise per policy.
