Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Pasadena, TX is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and maintain a clean, organized store.

You will help with stocking, unloading trucks, and delivering a positive shopping experience while following safety and company policies. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform standing, walking, and other physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations (customer service)
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks
• Ensure a clean, safe store environment and professional interactions
• Other duties as assigned
