Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Overland Park, KS to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Responsibilities include unloading truck shipments, maintaining a safe and friendly environment, and following store procedures. Prior retail experience and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform stocking tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
