Job summary

Dollar Tree in Basehor, KS is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, stock shelves, and help unload trucks while maintaining store cleanliness.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and the ability to follow instructions. Previously in retail or service roles is preferred; physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing and walking throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
