Job summary

TJ Maxx in Key West, FL seeks a retail associate to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and keep the sales floor stocked and organized. You’ll engage with customers, process transactions, and support promotional programs in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining store standards and safety. Prior retail experience is preferred.

• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
