Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Jena, Louisiana to help deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, and keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time hours and teamwork with associates and leaders are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repetitive lifting, walking, standing, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
