Job summary

The position involves lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, and standing for long periods. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with prior retail or service experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
