Dollar Tree Stores INC is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our Belpre, Ohio store and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. The role is part-time and involves assisting customers, handling transactions, stocking, unloading, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

You will interact with customers and team members daily, follow procedures, and contribute to a friendly, efficient store operation. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Keep the environment positive, safe, and respectful.
