Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Ohio to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help maintain security of cash and company assets while keeping the store well-stocked and clean.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. This part-time position offers opportunities to work with a team, support merchandise restocking, and maintain a welcoming store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs., frequent walking and standing, and physical duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash security.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise; receive merchandise and unload trucks.
• Stock replenishment and safety; clean and restock bathrooms; keep areas neat and presentable.
• Deliver a positive, safe, and respectful shopping experience for customers, associates, and leaders.

Education
