Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with team members.
• Provide courteous, fast, and efficient service at registers.
• Maintain counters and shelves; check in and price merchandise as directed.
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory; ensure clean displays.
• Protect company assets and comply with policies; follow state/local laws.
• Support photo area services and web pick-up responsibilities.
• Assist with exterior/interior store maintenance and overall appearance.
• Complete special assignments as directed by management.
• Attend training and fulfill requested PPLs.
