Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and follow all standards for operations, merchandising and loss prevention.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store as needed to support business needs.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Participate in store recovery, safety awareness, and general upkeep of the sales floor.
