Job summary

TJ Maxx in Southlake, TX is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver a highly satisfied shopping experience. You will engage with customers, ring sales, and keep the store clean and organized while following loss prevention and merchandising standards.

You may be cross-trained in multiple areas to support the business, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in safety and shrink-reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss-prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas to support the business.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
• Participate in safety initiatives and shrink-reduction programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
