PetSmart, Inc. is seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Lead (Key Holder) to drive the pet parent experience through loyalty initiatives, promotions, and in-store interactions.

The role includes safeguarding people and pets, maintaining store cleanliness, merchandising, and engaging associates. As a leadership-enabled role, you will support associate development, supervise store activities as needed, and help ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Full-time availability; flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates the associate experience and supports development, including training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching.
• Promotes and coordinates store events and marketing for adoptions, vet partnerships, and clinics.
• Responsible for live pet sales and pet adoptions.
• Back-up to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Maintains store standards and leads a culture of empowerment and policy compliance.
• Assists in other departments as required; follows all company policies and procedures.
