Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Full-time availability with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates, including training, onboarding, and coaching.
• Ensure safe, clean store environment and accurate POS operations.
• Promote store events, merchandise, and pet services to drive customer satisfaction.
• Open and close procedures assistance and supervision as Leader on Duty when required.
