Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
• Basic math skills for quick transactions and pricing.
• Ability to manage busy periods calmly.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift as required.
• Legal age to work (18+)
• Retail experience helpful.
• Bilingual abilities advantageous.
• Adhere to health and civil codes.
• Create welcoming environment by answering product questions.
• Know products and suggest alternatives.
• Understand store layout to locate products.
• Inform associates about promotions.
• Stay current with ads and promotions.
• Maintain inventory awareness and report discrepancies.
• Follow posted shift hours.
• Demonstrate merchandising.
• Follow policies on merchandising, safety and loss prevention.
• Report safety risks and incidents.
• Assist with essential functions with/without accommodations.
