Job summary

Marshalls in Hobbs, NM is seeking a Store Associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining a clean, organized store, and supporting merchandise and loss-prevention standards.

You may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs, promote credit/loyalty programs, and ensure accurate transactions and merchandising execution. This role emphasizes safety and teamwork.

• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
