Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. seeks a Store Associate in California to help deliver exceptional customer experiences and support daily store operations.

You will assist with customer service, sales, inventory, and teamwork to keep the store running smoothly. Responsibilities include addressing customer needs, driving sales, managing inventory, and collaborating with team while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and follow policies including safety rules.
