Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Milwaukee to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and maintain a secure and friendly store environment.

Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, unloading trucks, and ensuring cleanliness while providing excellent service. The role requires physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a team-oriented setting at our Wisconsin store location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage transactions at the cash register and handle payments.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
