Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, maintain cash security, stock shelves, and help unload trucks while keeping the store clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar service environments preferred.
• Ability to interpret operational documents and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
