Family Dollar Stores Of Texas LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly, efficient shopping experience at our Laredo location. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store.

In this part-time role, you’ll lift items up to 50 lbs, follow store procedures, and contribute to a safe, positive environment for customers and fellow associates. Training and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical duties as described.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
