Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Colorado LLC in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage cash transactions, and help with stock replenishment and store upkeep.

The role requires good customer service, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time position with opportunities for growth and a focus on safety and friendly service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and friendly store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
