You will assist customers, manage transactions, stock replenishment, and keep the store clean and organized while upholding safety and professionalism on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions on the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep the store clean, including restrooms and floors, and ensure neat presentation.
