Qualifications

• Retail or service industry experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent standing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work part-time and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock shelves and recover merchandise.
• Receive shipments and unload trucks for stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
