Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth‑grade level.
• Perform arithmetic to make change and balance shift reports.
• Validate identification before tobacco/alcohol sales per regulations.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and handle cases safely.
• Stay calm and follow policy during emergencies.
• Work with gasoline and cleaning products safely in-store.
• Endure varying store temperatures and environments.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general housekeeping.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate the store shift to maximize profitability and service.
• Communicate with management about store operations in a fast timeline.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare shift reports per company guidelines.
• Support the customer service program at the site level.
• Ensure safety and appearance of the store and environment.
