Job summary

Enmarket is looking for fresh and friendly faces to join our team in Georgia. As a Sales Associate, you will ensure smooth station operations, assist customers, and help maintain a clean and safe store environment.

You will greet customers with a smile, promote specials, and work within a dynamic team to enhance the customer experience across our 128 locations in GA, NC, and SC. We emphasize community involvement and friendly service daily.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at an eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations to make change and balance products during vendor check-in.
• Must be able to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol as required by regulations.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate the station during a shift to support profitability and store growth.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift per guidelines.
• Greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting; promote specials.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the store and perimeter.
• Follow environmental and hazardous materials regulations and report incidents.
