The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls store in Dawsonville, GA is seeking team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

You will engage with customers, process purchases, and participate in store programs while supporting a positive store culture and teamwork. Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, are able to multitask, and can adapt to changing directions throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience – engage with customers and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Assist in store recovery and maintain safety.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
