Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles.
• Ring customer purchases and returns accurately and count change back per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and safety, and participate in shrink reduction programs.
• Support and adapt to changes in direction and store needs throughout the day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
