Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver an engaging shopping experience in our store. You will greet customers, assist with products, and ensure courteous, fair, and efficient checkout service at the register.

Responsibilities include handling cash transactions, processing returns and exchanges, maintaining clean shelves, and showcasing promotional displays. Prior retail experience and flexibility for evenings/weekends are preferred; experience with Walgreens systems

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage with products and services to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, maintain displays and inventory.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and promotional items.
