Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver friendly checkout service and assist customers with products and services. You will handle register transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a tidy, well-merchandised store environment.

You may assist in the photo area, support web pick-up orders, and participate in training programs. Prior retail experience and Walgreens familiarity are a plus, with evenings and weekend availability typical.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Registers sales, handles cash, processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; maintains records and prices merchandise.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with web pick-up orders.
• Completes special assignments and adheres to store policies and procedures.
