Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous, fair, friendly checkout service.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised and assists with stock rotation.
• Processes returns, refunds, rain checks, and exchanges as needed.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and poster print.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and ensures store appearance is neat and orderly.
• Assists with web pick-up orders and delivers orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
