Job summary

The TJ Maxx location in Duluth, MN is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver outstanding service, manage transactions, and keep the store organized and welcoming. You’ll support merchandising and safety programs while adapting to changing needs across the store.

• Support and participate in safety, labor, and shrink-reduction efforts.
