Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure positive experience.
• Recommends items and trade-up/companion products.
• Maintains clean counters and shelves, stocks merchandise, and checks in prices.
• Operates store systems and participates in inventory and loss prevention steps.
• Assists with web pick-up, photo services, and general store upkeep.
