Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.

• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Ensures safety and follows labor policies; supports shrink reduction goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
