Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of New Jersey LLC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate in Willingboro, NJ to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires strong customer service, good communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Prior retail or service experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or service industries preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent movement.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and restock bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
