Family Dollar in Williams, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior retail or service experience. This part-time role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and work well with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle standing/walking duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading/loading as needed.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock restrooms, sweep and mop floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
