Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or similar is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and restock merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and stock replenishment.
• Provide a clean, safe, and respectful store environment with friendly interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness including restrooms, floors, trash, and overall neatness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
