Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Customer-centric: delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotions, and meeting targets.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals while following policies.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
