Job summary

Family Dollar in Laurel, Mississippi, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help maintain a clean, stocked, and safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and friendly environment for customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
