Job summary

Family Dollar in Fayette, MS is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and ensure store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or customer service experience. You should be able to lift 30–50 lbs and communicate effectively with customers and team members. This role is part-time, with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
