Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Grand Island, NE is hiring for a retail associate role at TJ Maxx store 1014. You will deliver a high-quality customer experience, assist customers across departments, and support store operations with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness standards
• Contribute to shrink reduction goals and programs
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
