Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate for our TJ Maxx location in Gretna, NE.

You will deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with shoppers, maintaining a clean sales floor, and supporting store operations and loss prevention. You’ll be cross-trained to assist in multiple areas, promote credit and loyalty programs, and help with stocking and recovery while upholding safety and labor laws.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.
• Able to work with peers and supervisors in a retail environment.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ring purchases/returns and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Support store operations, merchandising and safety standards.
• Participate in loss prevention and recovery efforts as needed.
