Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Frostburg, MD is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock and replenish merchandise, and keep the store clean and safe for guests and team members.

The role requires good communication, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs when receiving shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
