Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, and ensure a clean, well-stocked store environment in Fort Pierce North, FL.

You will unload shipments, stock merchandise, and support a safe, respectful shopping experience for all guests. The role requires strong customer-service skills, the ability to follow instructions, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields strongly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register and maintain cash accountability.
• Keep the store clean and well-stocked, recover merchandise, and unload shipments.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and professional interactions with customers and team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
