Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to deliver efficient checkout service and product assistance at our store. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help with everyday shopping needs.

Responsibilities include operating the register, processing transactions, maintaining clean shelves, and supporting photo services and online order pickup. A flexible schedule and prior retail exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Operate cash register, process purchases, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; take inventory and price merchandise.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo services and promotional photo products.
• Assist with web pick-up responsibilities and order fulfillment as orders arrive at the store.
