Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service at the register and throughout the store. You will assist customers with product questions, manage cash transactions, and help maintain attractive, organized displays.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, offering product assistance, processing transactions, and supporting photo services and online pickup. A flexible schedule, strong English skills, and prior retail exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised and checks in and prices merchandise.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and follows company policies.
• Provides service in the photo area and handles web-pickup orders.
• Performs special assignments as directed.
