Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Cranberry Township, PA to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions, keep the store stocked, receive merchandise, and help unload trucks while ensuring safety and friendliness.

Responsibilities include maintaining cash security, stocking duties, and upholding cleanliness and order throughout the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
